Responsibilities

Liaise with ship owners, ship masters and their relevant chief officers
Receive enquiries, prepare worksheet, invoice, delivery notes and other documents and reports related to sales and marketing activities
Assist Sales & Marketing department with sales support duties such as replying customer emails and answering customer calls.
Directly reports to Sales & Marketing Manager

Requirements

Singaporean / PRs.
1 year in the relevant job level
Working experience in Marine related industry preferred.
Good Interpersonal & Communication skills.
Able to work independantly with minimum supervision.
Able to manage stress.

 

 

Responsibilities

Liaise with Technical Manager relating the repair plans, schedule and clients’ requirements.

Ensure to carry out his production works being accurate and met requirements

Requirements

Singaporean / PRs.

1 year in the relevant job level

Working experience in Marine related industry preferred.

Able to work overtimes, weekends and public holidays
